Lantana has level 2 and level 3 engineers on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call our maintenance desk you will talk to an individual and not an automated service. Lantana’s service department has expeditious response times based on the type of contract you sign. These response times are as aggressive as any you will find in the industry. Lantana’s maintenance is flexible and we can cover specific parts or the entire system. We offer both M-F 8 to 5 contracts and 24/7 contracts based on your requirements. Lantana monitors your switch 24/7 for major and minor alarms. Approximately 75% of all alarms are cleared without ever notifying the client.

Remember not to be caught without maintenance! One circuit pack going bad on your PBX could cost thousands to repair. Feel free to contact some of our existing maintenance clients for a reference.

Avaya Maintenance

Lantana Communications also can provide you with the manufacturer’s maintenance contract.

Some of our clients have existing contracts with Avaya, or just prefer writing their maintenance with the manufacturer, in those cases Lantana is prepared to assist you in getting those contracts initiated. As an authorized reseller of Avaya Global Services’ maintenance we would be eager to assist you in this task.
