one-year replacement warranty on all
refurbished equipment. All equipment is
certifiable and can be added to your current
Avaya Maintenance Agreement.
LANTANA REPAIR:
Lantana Communications offers in house
repair on all Avaya Telephone sets. Typical
turn around times on repair is one week from
receipt of product. Lantana offers a ninety
(90) day warranty on all repairs.
LANTANA SERIALIZATION PROCESS:
Lantana Communications tracks all
refurbished and repaired equipment for
warranty purposes thru serialization.
