We are committed to our clients through our continued education and training in our service division. Our technicians, engineers, SC’s, PM’s, Application Specialists and help desk personnel are required to keep their training current with Avaya’s product releases.

Lantana’s switch cut record is second to none in the industry relative to on time status and as-sold switch functionality. Lantana stages, programs and tests all switches in our staging facility prior to installation. Our procedure on upgrades is also all done prior to cut. These switches are ready for operation at completion of cross connects. Our customers have repeatedly indicated to us that this procedure makes for the smoothest installations they have been involved with.

With our own service division Lantana is able to provide our clients with expeditious pricing and implementation on all of our offerings such as installation, professional services, wiring and MAC work. Our hourly rate on MAC is extremely competitive. Please ask your representative or Jaye Armstrong about our discounts on “blocks” of time relative to MAC and remote programming. Our service division is available to assist you and your company twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
