Lantana Communications has been awarded the AVAYA BusinessPartner of the Year in the south central region during the recent 2004 AVAYA BusinessPartner conference in Las Vegas.

The AVAYA Alti Award was derived from the Latin prefix that means "highest." This award distinguishes those BusinessPartners who consistently perform above and beyond expectations. It not only recognizes superior sales achievement, but also innovation, commitment to customer satisfaction and leadership within the industry.

The three most important criteria for the BusinessPartner of the Year award are:
• Lantana Communications had to sell the entire AVAYA product line
• Lantana Communications had to successfully grow their business in all areas
• Lantana Communications had to maintain over a 90% customer satisfaction rating
