1. Q. Can Lantana support VOIP, as well as my legacy equipment?
  A. Yes. Lantana has the technical staff on site with numerous years of Avaya experience supporting legacy equipment, as well as certification on the converged offerings from Avaya.
2. Q. How long has Lantana been in business?
  A. Lantana was established in 1990 as a reseller of refurbished equipment. In 1994 we became one of the very first authorized reseller of new AT&T/Lucent/Avaya Definity Communication equipment.
3. Q. Are you a national company?
  A. We are a Texas based company, but national in scope with customers nationwide.
4. Q. Does Lantana provide maintenance?
  A. Yes we do. We provide Lantana maintenance, as well as being authorized to sell Avaya maintenance.
5. Q. Do you provide your own technicians?
  A. Yes. We support our installs as well as all of our moves, ads and changes. We also support other BusinessPartner’s installations
needs.
6. Q. Do we sell new as well as refurbished equipment?
  A. Yes. Lantana started out in the refurbished equipment business slowly migrating to a mixture of new applications sales. Lantana offers the service to address a variety of customer needs.
7. Q. Does Lantana offer any professional service?
  A. Yes. Lantana has Associates on staff who can support tier 2 and tier 3 level application support, as well as Avaya ACA (Avaya Certified Associates and ACS (Avaya Certified Specialists) consultants on staff to support our various client solutions.
